The Dell Inspiron 1420 is the latest 14.1" consumer notebook designed to offer performance, durability and a touch of style for an affordable price. It is powered with Intel Core 2 Duo processors, available Blu-ray disc drive, available nVidia dedicated graphics and a reasonably tough build.

The Dell Inspiron 1420 has a matte black and silver-metalic plastics design. The dedicated nVidia graphics card makes for a value gaming machine and mobile multimedia center.

Positive 1. It has a decent graphics card (GeForce 8400M GS). 2. Everything runs smooth. Very few crashes and hangups, which are quite frequent in other lapto...
Negative 1. Graphics Card not good enough. 2. Need more RAM. 2 GB at the moment. 3. Require more disk space and a better webcam....
Overall Great laptop in sub 50k category. Was the only one with decent features, including graphics card, under 50k at that time....

Positive 1) very cheap when compared to other laptopps with similar features 2) its portable 3) its user friendly...
Negative 1) cant use in keeping it an lap, as it produces high heat. 2) not all the designs are good , only some are good. 3) battery perfomance is less when...
Overall Buying this laptop is realy a good investment , but care must be taken while handling it... its realy good in buying it....
