The new Dell Inspiron Duo basically a convertible hybrid netbook /tablet with a 10.1-inch display. It is powered by Intel’s dual-core Atom N550 processor  and operates using the latest Windows 7 operating system. It also comes with Dell’s own Duo Stage User Interface which provides you with easier access to the various multimedia functions.

The new Dell Inspiron Duo is a very different form of a convertible netbook which can be easily converted to a tablet from a netbook and all you need to do is just swivel its screen in order to convert it into a tablet. It is a multi-function gadget which when kept in a JBL Audio Station dock also works as a digital picture frame, or a movie player, Skype video phone and even a bedside alarm clock. The JBL Audio dock comes with its own USB 2.0 ports, with an Ethernet LAN port, an audio port and a multi-format memory card reader. What more could you ask for?

Some of its specifications include a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 resolution, it comes with about 2GB of RAM and a 250GB hard-drive. Along with that it comes with a Multi-format memory card reader and an Optional JBL speaker-dock which we talked about earlier. it has a 1.3 mega-pixel webcam for video chatting and the battery provides about 4 hours of battery backup. Its a great personal device and can easily satisfy your netbook/tablet needs in a neat little package.
