The new Gateway EC19C is a small 11.6-inch display laptop which powered by a Intel Core i5 processor. It is one of the most compact laptops which is powered by the one of the most powerful mobile Intel processor which is the Core i5-470UM dual-core processor which operates at a speed of 1.33GHz. It comes pre-loaded with the latest Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system.

For storage it offers its users a 320GB hard drive and has a 11.6-inch display screen with a HD resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. It also boasts about 2GB of RAM which can be upgraded. It comes with HDMI and VGA outputs which makes it convenient to connect it to a larger display or a projector to give presentations. It has an Ethernet LAN port and has support for 802.11 b/g/n WiFi connections. It gets its power form a 6-cell lithium ion battery which can keep it running for Up to 6 hours.

The display also comes with a 1.3 megapixel webcam for video chatting when needed. For expansion Gateway EC19C comes with a 4-in-1 memory card reader and boasts the latest Bluetooth 3.0 facility with 3 USB 2.0 ports and an overall weight of just 1.35. The price of this laptop is expected to be around Rs. 39,000 and its yet to be launched.
