New range of Toughbooks for business launched by Panasonic in India

Panasonic Launches a new range of Toughbooks meant for Business Users in India. The new range of Toughbooks were launched in Panasonic’s Experience center in Mumbai. These Toughbooks are meant for people on the move and will keep your data secure even in harsh conditions. According to Panasonic these Toughbooks will benefit all segments of consumers from automotive to telecom. 

Talking about the new range of Toughbook, Amos Tio, General Manager, Toughbook Asia Group, said, “The product offers its users a combination of benefits through applications, great performance, easy remote access and security without compromising on battery life. Starting from the manufacturing industry verticals, Toughbooks have expanded towards a wider audience in recent years. We are aiming at capturing more than 50 per cent market share in each target vertical in India. We currently dominate the ruggedized market, with around 67 per cent market share globally.”
Panasonic Toughbook CF 53
 
The Toughbooks have been categorized in semi rugged and fully rugged categories. Panasonic has launched the CF 53 its next generation semi rugged model. The CF53 supports a 14 inch LCD display and weighs just 2.65 Kgs. It supports a spill resistant touchpad, Intel Core processor and multi touch function touchpad. It will provide battery life of upto 10 Hours and comes with a 3 year warranty. The Panasonic Toughbook CF-53 has been priced at Rs. 1,00,000 approx.
