my dell vostro laptop is not working fine since the day of purchase

Question : purchased vostro 1510 in july 2009.after a year or so the problem started.sometimes it gets hanged and has to be restarted.most often the display blurs,shakes and many coloured lines or dots appear.after few recurrings the window gets corrupted.i got it installed 4 times.last time they said one...
