Your Laptop Model tx1301AU (GT950PA)
Positives 1, Portability - Its so small with a 13 inch screen. Its very easy to carry around and store.
2, Touch screen - I love the touch screen facility, especially my daughter love to use it with MSPAINT.
3, Fingerprint reader - I love using the ease of the fingerprint reader, especially while browsing. For all sites, instead of login, I can just swipe my finger and it will take care of the logging in process automatically. How easy.
Negatives 1, Heat , heat , heat - The AMD processor is generating that much heat that its dangerous to put the laptop in your lap. It burns.
2, The AMD processor again is slow, compared to equivalent Pentium and at times irritate you when you multi-task.
3, The un-ergonomically placed media buttons (especially DVD one) and the awkwardly positioned fingerprint reader often gets activated when you touch the laptop in a hurry.
Overall Its a very good laptop considering the options it provides, like the fingerprint reader, card reader, multimedia facility, swivel screen, touch screen etc. But the most important part, which should have been taken care of - the processor, is disappointing. Overall its a good value for money.
