Question : I have submitted my laptop for service on 05-Feb-11 till date the sparesa re not received by the service provider

The motherboard is not available in india
LG stopped manufacturing the LAPTOPs and concentrating on only Mobile phones

Answer : Dear Consumer,
Your complaint is in a distorted form. However, thanks for sharing your inputs and suggestions regarding the product and service which would be beneficial and guiding for the prospective customers. It is their duty to supply essential spare parts and post sale services to the consumer. They can not deny such supply and would amount to deficiency in services. You can very well take legal action by complaining in the district consumer forum. The thing which I can suggest you at this stage is that in the first instance write them a registered letter containing all the details of your consumer complaints. In case, they do not come up with a solution then you may go ahead with complaint in the district forum. I hope some sense will prevail over them at the stage of notice itself and they will sort out the things.
