Question : sir, i am using compaq CQ56 .it gives me only 2 hours of back up,,,i bought it before a month...

Answer : Dear Consumer,
I am presuming that this phone was sold to you on the condition or the representation that its battery would work for such time and in manner as you have explained. If that is the case, you can put a challenge to the dealer and the company. For that you can address a registered letter to company and the dealer raising all your contentions failing which you can file consumer complaints in the district forum. Keep a record of all the communication you exchange in this relation. I hope they will redress your grievances. We would also appreciate if you can make your complaint elaborate.
