Question : why the battery life is sooooo SHORT!!!!
only 1hr ang 30mins????why do you make such a laptop like this??? PRESARIO CQ41,,,,,!!!I CANT BRING IT BACK!! :(( HUHU

Answer : HI, Well, it seems that you are not getting from your product what you have been promised.If the you had made specific to the seller that you need a laptop which can give long duration battery back up , in that case they are liable to give you a product meeting your requirements only.You can not not be burdened with the product having no use for you. You can file a consumer complaint against the company and seller for selling you a wrong product.But before that you should send a legal demand notice detailing all your problems.Keep a record of all your communications which would be vital for pursuing the legal action.
