HP laptop having some diplay problem

Question : Sir, My HP Laptop is giving some display hardware problem. i am getting 6 screens on startup and windows is also not loading.
Few days before I can start my pc but it started showing 6 screens after 15-20 min.
Please help, what should I do.?

Answer : Dear Tarun,
I am presuming that your laptop is under warranty. You should immediately report to the service centre in written with relevant details. There may some technical bugs which can be rectified at this stage. I would suggest you keep a record of all your communications which would be helpful for any future recourse.
