Question : I purchased one number HPPAVALION G42356 TU sl.no.SCNF03271PG FROM Cyber park,Tripunithura,kerala
vide invoice No.6694 dt.24.12.2010. While purchasing a gift vouchar offered to me. In this connection, i made a registration No.2371123 as per the instruction of dealer.
The gift committment date 30 dyas from the date of invoice date. Regret till date i have not received any communication from u or the dealer. please let me know the present position of the same.

The gift commitment with the sale of the product has become part of the offer for which you had paid the consideration to the seller. The seller is liable to give the committed gift. You can write to both the seller and the company and fulfil their commitment with in a specified period. To legally enforce the offer you can file consumer complaints with the district consumer forum on the ground of misrepresentation and deficiency in the services. I presume the company would be sensible enough to resolve issues at the earliest on receiving your letter itself.
