Question : we have purchased a laptop on behalf of paper adv.But the product is netbook which is not described in paper add.
After receiving the product the moniter is damaged. so kindly change the product & if possible you give me a complete laptop extra cost will be bear by me. If any problem in communication you can call me on the given number.

Answer : Dear Consumer,
If you have been misrepresented in any manner then you can take legal action or it is a case of wrong or misplaced order then honestly it is your liability. You should immediately write a letter detailing your entire grievances and give them your offer of paying extra for the right product. As far as damage of display is concerned then you should not have accepted the product or should have raised it immediately with the company. We have limited facts with us therefore it would be difficult to give concrete comments. Kindly provide us further information as to what circumstances you got the product display damaged.
