Question : i have purchased a laptop model no msi cr620. i am facing problem of starting my laptop. i have purchased this laptop from jalandhar branch at easyday"s shop. but they did not giving any suficient feedback about my complaint. so plzzz reply my complaint against this very bad service of your service providers.. i don"t wana use this as a major complaint in any other side.. plzz reply me feedback.................... manoj

Answer : Dear Consumer,
It is unfortunate that everyday major companies are making tall claims to induce customers but once the customer subscribe their product or service it hardly matters to them. Even the dealers pay no heed to problems to person who are base of their existence in market. If you have exhausted all the complaint mechanism with the company then without any wait send them a legal demand notice for providing you all the promised services and intimate them failing this you can file consumer complaint in the district forum. Keep a record of all the communication for the future references. At the same time, register your complaint on the company website also. Hope they would be prompt to react and provide you due services.
