Question : Lenovo Ideapad Y560 came up with Ram And Motherboard Problem.

On 21st of Last month i bought this new laptop Lenovo Ideapad Y560.At the initial startup demo itself my laptop faced a bluescreen error.I didnot take that serious intially.But the problem still exixted later.The bluescreen error poped up whenever i switch on my laptop.Whenever the bluescreen error popsup it restarts and gets these error stored in a Memory Dump.After a week later i gave it to the Lenovo service center and they reported is that the problem existed is due to Ram and later Motherboard.So they asked me is that they would do the part replacement,but i opted for the entire laptop replacement.So the service center created a report saying"BluescreeN Error Due To RAM fault and Improper Shutdown Due To Motherboard Fault-DOA".So i took the report and produced to the shop where i purchased.They created a Job Sheet saying "Bluescreen Dump Error" and took from me service center report as well as the copy of laptop purchase bill and took the laptop from me.All they said is they need the approval from the lenvo head office only then they would decide whether to provide me the entire laptop replacement.I have produced the laptop on 2nd of this month,but they still replied me the same saying No Approval Yet.i dont know what to do?i felt like cheated.with the purchase of this new laptop i still feel frustrated.with this purchase of the laptop i m feeling too pain in my heart for i have been cheated.please reply whether will i have to wait for another one week or shall i have file a case.please help me.

Answer : Dear Customer,

Well, at this stage there is not harm in waiting for one week.But at the same time be ready in case they do not resolve the issues.Nevertheless, you can send them a legal demand notice as to put pressure on them giving them two weeks time to sort out the things.In case things do not come positive then you can file a consumer complaint.By sending legal demand notice at this stage you can save time and straight away file a complaint with the consumer forum.
