Question : i had a toshiba A300 satellite laptop purchased from dubai by my father as a gift , had some screen problem and submitted to service center for the same , but my wifi switch was physically damamged by service center , they are not ready to replace the broken switch even on my complain

Answer : Dear Consumer,
Your complaint is in a distorted form. It is short of so many vital information as to warranty status, international warranty, what is the reasoning for not doing so etc. Well, thanks for sharing your inputs and suggestions regarding the product and services which may be beneficial and guiding for the prospective customers. If the physical damage is caused by the company they have to compensate for it. If the product is still in warranty then you can very well take legal action by complaining in the district consumer forum. The thing which I can suggest you at this stage is that in the first instance write them a registered letter containing all the details of your consumer complaints. In case, they do not come up with a solution then you may go ahead with complaint in the district forum. I hope some sense will prevail over them at the stage of notice itself and they will sort out the things. Please provide us better inputs for better assistance.
