My personal wipro laptop is not working(Not offical) please suggest to whom should i approch.

Answer : Dear Customer,
In the first instance, you should a write or intimate the customer care as well as the dealer from where you purchased the machine by way of a call, letter or the email detailing all the problems you have along with all the relevant details. [like purchase product no., warranty detail etc.]. Make sure that you take the complaint no. for the future reference. I hope things will work.
