Question : Lenovo Y410 Series - Optical Drive - Buggy design and every time they replace but take long time for replacement. Even after 21 days eventhough they didn't replace it. Even I approach Country Manager Mr. Nagar of Lenovo and Mr. Xingli at Lenovo International but not get solutions.

Answer : Dear Customer,
I am presuming that your product is under warranty. Though you have already written to the company executives at the top level but you have not warn them of exercising legal action .You write a fresh letter through registered mode to the company and to the dealer from where you purchased the product. Let them come up with their stand. Hope things will be sorted soon to ease you problems.
