Toshiba service centre is not repairing my laptop properly

Question : sorry for the incomplete information regarding my complain sir
my laptops was purchased from dubai and the maker(toshiba) gave international warranty for any of the service center in the world , the period of warranty is 2 years which expired on 24th of the last month i.e. 24th february and i had complained them few months ago and they just harassed and made me run from corner to corner. once i gave my laptop for repairment as it has some screen problem in delhi service center and they returned it with broken wifi switch.
as i reside in lucknow, they donot provide international warranty then in lucknow , but after i got my laptop repaired twice from delhi,and after my founding of the damage i took it to lucknow service center which diagnosed and found the wifi switch is physically broken and refused to replace and my complain to senior concerned also didnt worked.
but as u said if its in warranty period then they may replace the wifi switch but now the warranty is over. what should i do now sir ?

Answer : Dear Consumer,
Thanks for providing complete information. Since you have raised the consumer complaints before the expiry of the warranty period, therefore as far as earlier raised problems are concerned they should be rectified. It would be difficult to prove that the Delhi centre had given the broken Wi-Fi. Please understand that if the switch is internally fit in your machine then you can raise this issue, otherwise it would be difficult to turn the case on this point. At this stage you write them a legal demand notice of your own raising all your problems. In case they fail to take any action then you can file consumer complaint in the district consumer forum. If you can find a communication in which you raise the point of physical damage with the Delhi Centre, would be of great importance. Please keep a record of all communication which would be of great help if the matter goes to consumer forum.
