Even after multiple reminders the customer care is not solving my problem

Question : Toshiba Laptop, model no- Qosmio-F60, Webcam issue.
i have filed the complaint against webcam issue and submitted my laptop on 22-Nnov-2011. After the 6-7 time follow up with Mr. Navin Poojari (9594972860) has not yet resolved the issue. It seems that people are not responding the calls also. The customer service center is really bad in supporting the customers. if it wont resolve my issue within 2 days. i am going to post my comments in social networking site.

Answer : Dear Consumer,
You must raise your voice on social networking site and there is nothing wrong in doing that at least it would alarm the prospective consumer about the efficacy of the product. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with the services or the product then you must file a consumer complaint. I would suggest you that at this stage you can write them a registered letter containing all issues in detail. In case, they do not come up with a solution then you may go ahead with complaint in the district forum. I hope some sense will prevail over them at the stage of notice itself and they will sort out things. Please keep a proper record of all the relevant documents which would be crucial to establish your claim in consumer forum. You can file a consumer complaint in district forum.
