Unlike big television screens most LCD screens used in notebooks and PDA’s are made up of soft plastic or acrylic type material that can be easily scratched and they get dirty very fast. They can be kept clean by occasional cleaning but you need to be very careful while cleaning them because slight mishandling can cause irreplaceable damage. In order to properly clean your LCD screen you must follow these simple steps: - Turn off your monitor or device and let it cool down properly. Brush off the loose dust with a soft brush. Blow air on the screen so that you get rid of the remaining dust as well. Spray a mix of alcohol and water, 1:1 ratio on the screen using an ionizer or a spray and spread out the mixture evenly.
