Samsung has recently announced the launch of two new LED TVs to its 4000 and 5000 series of LED TVs in India. The new additions to these two series include 22-inch and 26-inch screen variants of LED TVs for the first time in India.

These new LED TVs have expanded Samsung's LED TV line to everything from the small 22-inch displays to extremely large televisions that measure 55-inches across. LED TVs are very different from LCD TVs as they use LEDs to produce the backlighting for the television, instead of the traditional Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamps (CCFL). This new technology offers many advantages over traditional LCD TVs, including ultra-high contrast ratios, a very slim form factor and reduced power consumption. The Samsung's 6200, 6900 series of LED TVs come with the "AllShare" function that allows the users to wirelessly share movies, photos and music using a single device - the Samsung LED TV. These LED TVs also come with HDMI ports. The new series of LED TVs that include the 4000 and 5000 series stand out when it comes to the looks, as they feature a very crystalline appearance. 

 

Samsung's newly launched range of LED TVs now includes 13 models across in 4 series. These newly launched LED TVs will range from Rs. 25,000 for the 22-inch ones to Rs. 200,000 for the high-end larger ones.
