Question : I have purchesed a LCD monitor 18' in SP. Road, Bangalore, I suspect it was purly duplicate, because I am already using your benq LCD monitor. there is a lot of differences, the shop owner denied an exchange. I request you to do the needful. Read more
 
Answer : If you have been issued a bill by the vendor there is minimum chance that the product
