Question : DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG. IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU MAKE. SAMSUNG SELLS CHEAP CHINESE PRODUCTS WHICH COST THEM 1/10TH OF THE PRICE WE PAY. SAMSUNG IS SELLING DEFECTIVE/EXPERIMENTAL MODELS OF PLASMA AND LCD TVs IN INDIA.

Question : I have purchased a Samsung LCD tv it is in warranty. I registered my complaint on the 23/8/2010 complaint no : s8412300020. .
Every day i call them up they tell me that you will get a call back from the service centre , which never happens.
