Customer care is neither repairing nor replacing my Philips TV

Question : I brought a LCD tv on 25th Dec'10, soon after installation I found that eveytime I switch off or on any electrical gadget in home, the display of TV is cut off for 2-3 seconds, as well as and when I press guide button on my Tata Sky remote my TV set gets switched off. I told this problem to the customer care via mails and calls, after continious follow up a technesisn visited home for my problem with a new software for the TV, surprisingly the software could not be downloaded to the TV, I want replacement of my TV, customer care is telling me to go to dealer from where I bought TV. plz suggest me. TV is in warranty period.

Answer : If the customer care has suggested going to the dealer then confirm this once again from the Customer Care. Just make sure that this time while confirming you note down the name and designation of the customer care executive for future use and reference. Then go to the dealer and ask for replacement quoting the name and designation of the customer care executive. Upon refusal by dealer contact customer care again and if still things fail, you have full right to file consumer complaints with the Consumer Courts.

i purchase philips28 lcd tv in 2008 . now i have problem with tv. when i start tv it have only voice no picture after 10 to 15 min pic came and after half and houre it pause and only different colur lines came on tv.
