Question : I have purchesed a LCD monitor 18' in SP. Road, Bangalore, I suspect it was purly duplicate, because I am already using your benq LCD monitor. there is a lot of differences, the shop owner denied an exchange. I request you to do the needful.

Answer : If you have been issued a bill by the vendor there is minimum chance that the product
would be duplicate. There may be differences in the two product which may due to change of frequent designing and change in outsourced manufacturing unit at the company end. To eliminate the doubt, you can give your product to the authorized service center on pretext of some problem and if they get back stating that the product is ingenuine that would be an evidence of ingenuity.Thereafter, you can go ahead with filing a consumer complaint for which you can always seek our guidance.
