Question : D/Sir, i have LCD 24",but that's not poperlly work day one. I'm doing complains ur Dealer United Electronics, M.P. Nager,Zone-I, Bhopal & Aganin complaint by ur costumer care by toll free number and ur engg. Mr. Ajay(Ph-9584460751) & single other person(9584460752) visit my home & Two times update my LCD software, remote replace under worranty, but my complaint not solved & last time again log complaint ur toll free no. & my complaint id is pind2201120028 & today visit ur engg. Mr. malviya(8982886865) but my complaint is not solved.....so plz resolved my complaint argent. othervice i have go to consumer coart...sorry..but i have no option. ur service dept. is very poor & not supported the costomer.

Answer : Dear consumer,
We are happy to know that you are aware of consumer rights. If you are dissatisfied of the services of the companies, you have to take some legal action . You can send them a legal notice and call upon them to rectify all the problems with in a specified time. If they fail to do so then you can file a consumer complaint in the district forum for which you can always seek your guidance. Please maintain a proper record of all documents which would be crucial to prove you case in the consumer forum. Having said that there is a fair chance that the company would resolve the issues at the satge of notice only.
