Question : Dear Sir,
I have purchased 32inch Lcd of Videocon from Anil Electronics,Sarojini Nagar,New Delhi. I have 1 yr warranty for my set but due to some reason i am unable to renew my warranty.Now i am very very dispponted becasuse with in the 1& 1/2 yr. My LCD start swiching offing selfly.I called at your MUNIRKA BRACH and the engginner came from there said that THE GREEN CARD OF MY LCD IS NOT WORKING AND ITS HAS TO BE CHANGED AND IT WILL COST APP. 4,500/- .
WILL YOU PLZ LET ME KNOW WHY THE GREEN CARD OF MY LCD IS CAME OUT OF ORDER AND IF I WISH TO PURCHASE CARD,ITS COST A LOT.
Can you provide me any support or suggesstion so that i come over with my problem?

Answer : Dear Customer,
As you have mentioned that your product is out of warranty. Honestly and legally speaking you can not blame company for the fault at this stage. You have to get the things done at your cost. However, in case the problem was occurring during the warranty period and you had made complaints on various earlier occasions then you can take a chance by writing a letter to the company claiming that this problem in product was inherent which was bothering you even before. Rest is your luck, if company in good gesture come forward and change your card.

Hi , We have Videocon 32inch LCD integra TV and the remote is not functioning from couple of months. Not able to get the original remote or all in one remots its not working. need solution, please help. Thanks & Regards ashok
