Sony service center is repairing my under warranty LCD TV

Question : i've made the complaint in SONY service centre twice,first time they responded and send their some personel to our place, he found the error and told us he'll be returning with some spare part of L.C.D., but he never turned up. after 15-20 days i again filed a complaint n i still have that complaint no. i.e; 6924799. i made the calls atleast 3 times everytime they attended the call, and i was kept on hold, for 5 min. then the call disconnected..
i sick of sony services.. this is not expected from such big names... shame !!
my L.C.D. is still in its warranty period, we puchaced it on 28th feb.
can u please help?!

Answer : Dear Consumer,
This is the not first time that the so called big companies are backing out from their tall claims and doing nothing for the consumer. This is height of poor quality services by any company. I must appreciate that you are aware of your valuable rights. The company in no circumstances can make you run from pillar to post. The thing which I can suggest you at this stage is that in the first instance write them a registered letter containing all the details of your consumer complaints. In case, they do not come up with a solution then you may go ahead with complaint in the district forum. Keep a record of the all the communication for the future reference. I hope some sense will prevail over them at the stage of notice itself and they will sort out the things.
