Question : I have purchased a Toshiba LCD TV on 15/01/2012, but till date they have not installed the same . When I contacted the customer services on 19/01/2012 at 15.15 pm I spoke to Chandan Kumar and he outright refused to help he sated that we donot have a complaints procedure and cannot the call to a supervisor and was very rude and disconnected. This shows the poor service a company offers even before the start of the relation.

Answer : Dear Consumer,
It is duty of the company to provide you essential post sale support for a reasonable time at least within the warranty period. They are duty bound to do so. A product is meaningless unless put to function by an expert. In such a situation, where the consumer would go? You should write a registered letter to them and call upon them to provide you essential support without any further delay. I hope the company would realize the consumer needs and do the needful to provide proper consumer services so as to maintain its repute in the market.
