Question : R/Sir,

i purchase 32 inch LCD FROM RONAK ELECTRONIC VAPI IN SEPT - 11 . BUT I AM FACING THE PROBLEM IN LCD LAST 6 MONTH . YOUR TECHNICIAN COME & CHECK & CHANGED THE CARD BUT AFTER 15 DAYS PROBLEM IS AS SUCH.
THE COMPLAIN DETAILS AS BELOW.

1 . 22.07.11 - SUR2207110090 - ATTEND WITH IN 15 TO 20 DAYS.
2. AUG -11 - SUR0209110374 - ATTEND WITH IN 15 TO 25 DAYS.
3. 26.09.11 - SUR2609110396 - ATTEND WITH IN 15 TO 30 DAYS.

NOW IN LCD ABNORMAL SOUND IS COME SUDDENLY & AFTER SOME TIME SOUND STOP.

I WANT TO REPLACEMENT OF THE LCD BECAUSE LCD NOT WORKING PROPERLY & YOUR SERVICE IS VERY POOR . I COMPLAIN REGISTER IN MY GUARANTEE PERIOD BUT YOUR TECHNICIAN NOT ABLE TO REPAIR THE LCD & HE SUGGESTED ME TO TAKE AMC & SERVICE GIVEN AFTER THREE MONTH .

MY LCD NOT RUNNING THREE MONTH CONTINUE . SO I WANT TO REPLACEMENT OF THE LCD.YOUR ENGINEER AT SURAT NOT GIVEN ANY RESPOND . I FACING THE PROBLEM TO TAKE LCD.

OTHER WISE I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT

Answer : Dear Consumer,

It is good that you are aware of your consumer rights. Replacement of the product is not easy in the first instance unless the product is proved to be inherently defective. Please give them the product for repair once with strict instructions. Before you lodge a complaint, please write a letter to them in shape of a legal demand notice detailing all your problems. Please mention all relevant details of earlier job sheets, if you have any. In case, they do not come up with a solution then you may go ahead with your complaint in the district consumer forum. There is chance that the company would resolve the problem at the stage of notice itself. I hope the company would realize the consumer needs and do the needful to provide proper consumer services so as to maintain its repute in the market. Please keep proper record of all the relevant documents which would be crucial to establish your claim in consumer forum. You can file a consumer complaint in district forum.
