Question : sir, my name is siraj . am frm ongole . am purchased plasma frm next show .wen purchased frm six month , some changes in tv , that is faded the screen(it is black screen is change into brown colour) . am given complaint in service centre . service centre head tell to me bring me tv , then we can do, after that handover to service centre . am handover back 1month 25 days over but no body is respond so we r thing go through legally.

Without wasting anymore time immediately shoot a registered letter to the company in form of a legal demand notice and finally call upon them to rectify all the problems with in a weeks time failing which you can file a complaint in the district forum.I am confident that they will hear you if they be would be wise enough.
