The Nokia N95 8GB has several full featured gadgets like a 5MP Carl Zeiss Camera with DVD quality video recording capability, GPS Navigation, MP3 player and a range of wireless connectivity options including WLAN, Bluetooth, Infra Red, Quadband GSM, WCDMA and HSDPA.

The Nokia N95 8GB is relatively compact at 99mm x 53mm x 21mm and weighing only 128g. The phone has a 2.8 inch, 16 million colour QVGA [320x240 pixel] display.

The N95 8GB has a 5 megapixel, auto-focus Carl Zeiss camera. The image file sizes range from around 400kb for low res to 1.4mb for full 5mp resolution. With the 8GB internal memory that’s enough to store around 6,000 high res images. The N95 8GB can record videos at VGA[640x480] resolution, at 30fps frame rate, producing DVD quality video. 
 

The N95 8GB has built in stereo speakers,  3.5mm multifunctional jack for standard headphones and Bluetooth Wireless Stereo A2DP support. It also has standard FM radio and Nokia’s new internet radio.

Nokia N95 8GB 

Nokia N95 8GB
Nokia N95 8 GB is the successor to the Nokia N95. It supports a completely new navigation console and easy to use oblong buttons. However we don’t like the extra chrome on the buttons as it is prone to finger prints. It has a nice keypad but typing is difficult as the keys are hard touch and it has a slightly raised surface. It is also equipped with a music player which can shuffle and repeat your favorite songs. The audio quality is definitely better than the previous model.
This Nokia Phones music quality is good though nothing can compare with Sony Ericsson’s Walkman Phones.
It sports a 5MP Camera which clicks amazing pictures and has a digital zoom as well. It does not have a lens cover like the N95 and images quality is also the same.
Outdoors it clicks amazing pictures while indoors the picture quality drops. The phone has a 160MB internal memory that can be extended to 8GB.

It supports an integrated GPS and GPRS Application.  Other features included are WiFi, Bluetooth and infrared. It also has a FM Radio and a better battery life. We got about two days of battery (45 minutes of talking, 2 hours of listening to music, and intermittent GPRS use).

Overall, the Nokia N95 8 GB has all the features of a multimedia phone. It has music, camera, GPS and Internet connectivity. At Rs 28,000, it may be a little expensive for some but definitely worth it!
