Dell Mini 5 Out in a Couple of Months

Dell’s CEO Michael Dell shows off the Dell Mini 5, a new 5-inch screen Android device from the company in a video on TechCrunch. The new gadget is expected to hit the markets in a couple of months. Watch the video.
 
The Dell Mini 5 is rumored to have a 1GHz Snapdraon processor. Also, it has a 5 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G support. Going by the video, the touch screen seems extremely smooth and responsive.
 
Android is an open source operating system which runs on a wide range of mobile devices. It has gained immense popularity recently. The pricing of the Dell Mini 5 has not been revealed yet. However, if categorized as a tablet, it will have to be priced competitively to be able to take on the iPad. Also, the price may get Dell a few iPhone customers as well.
