how to install pc suite for my karbonn k30 phone

Question : Hello, I have purchased Karbonn K30. I want PC suite to download contacts from handset to pc. i tried thru karbonn website, it is not working in my pc. pls give suggestion how to do the same.

Answer : You need to first download and install the PC suite software on your computer. Then connect your mobile phone to the PC via the USB cable. You will get the message once the connection is established and then you can start transferring the data from PC to your mobile and vice-versa. Read more

Infact it doesn't show any option at all. Clicking on the number takes me to "Call info" screen and there also clicking on this specific number doesn't nothing... Read more
