Negatives 1.Camera has no auto focus and flash. 2. No DivX/Xvid support. 3. No standard 3.5mm audio jack....
Overall It is a decent phone with good battery life....

Negatives 1.No 3G support. 2. No Wi-Fi 3. Video recording no good at QVGA@12fps....
Overall It is nice device by LG with good features....
