Positives 1) The OS is faster than other Nokia models
2) The phone has some cool inter-mobility and connecting features
3) It has a really nice keypad and the phone is nice to hold
4) The phone has a decent camera
Negatives 1) Has a very small earphone socket - a converter required to use your favorite earplugs
2) The battery life not very good
3) Does not come with a bluetooth headset :-P
Overall I guess it's a bit overpriced; but a good phone to have - u can switch between modes :business & personal. comes with decent features, infact many cool features..so on the whole a good phone, it could have been a a brilliant one if it had come at a price a tad lesser.
