Positives 1.Camera is great
2.Surfing net on it is excellent
3.Easily compatible with computer if i connect to internet
Negatives 1.Battery backup is not good
2.Sometime it gets hang
3.Sometimes it shows memory full even if there is nothing in my phone memory
Overall Personally i will recommend it if the costumer wants a user friendly phone. If the person wants an all rounder phone he should prefer n73 bcoz it has large memory of 2GB, sound is excellent, support all file formats and u can also open ms office files and pdg files.
