my olive mobile is not working fine

Question : I have purchased 1 no Olive V-G1100(Black) very recently through Infibeam Pvd Ltd.I am finding the set getting hanged every 2 to 3 hrs.I have to take out the batter,and then it starts working!!!!What is the problem?Order Id-16453143,Purchase Id-7855917 dt 15.02.2011.Kindly look into the matter.
