Positives 1) It has a Intel Processor of 416 mhz
2) It has a Windows Mobile OS, while can be highly Customized and has a great support from 3rd party companies in the context of softwares.
3) The camera is very cool, the lens is cool and is better than any other PDA's in that range
Negatives 1) It is very delicate.
2) The Clock is not correct, eve if u correct the time it will be set to some other time
3) The volume of the speakers is low...unless you install softwares like TCPMP core player.
Overall Buy it and you will love it
