Positives 1)2.0 megapixel very high quality camera
2)excellent user interface,great shortcut keys,very fast processing
3)multiple tasking at a time ,great inbuilt internet browser
Negatives 1)sound is not much loud,uncomfortable keypads
2)battery back up is a little less
3)charger and earphone cannot be connected simultaneously
Overall superb performance ,great quality pictures,quality sound in earbuds ,also
excellent user interface . i am satisfied with k550i
