Question : Zen M25 mobile phone, ZEN company taking 12 hours as one day then saying 72 days backup. Its fraud. Please publish this to save dear customers.

Answer : Dear Consumer,
Your complaint is in a distorted form. Thanks for sharing your inputs and suggestions regarding the product and service which would be beneficial and guiding for the prospective customers. If you are feeling cheated then you can very well take legal action by complaining in the district consumer forum. The thing which I can suggest you at this stage is that in the first instance write them a registered letter containing all the details of your consumer complaints. In case, they do not come up with a solution then you may go ahead with complaint in the district forum. I hope some sense will prevail over them at the stage of notice itself and they will sort out the things or problems.
