Question : We have buying mobile KC 410 Karbonn 4 months latter battery is fuly dammage & in the whole market, i not found battery, even in karbonn services center, since last 1 months.

Thanks for sharing your inputs and suggestions regarding the product and service which would be beneficial and guiding for the prospective customers. You can very well take legal action by complaining in the district consumer forum. It is duty of the company to provide you essential accessories. You can write to the company about the non availability of the product. You can also move to district consumer forum as non availability of proper post sale support would amount to deficiency in services.
