Question : withina week of the purchase of ZEN X380, I noticed an issue ...
most of the times when any call comes, none of the buttons function at all.
I am unable to mute the cell
unable to receive the call
unable to cancel the call
all i need to wait is for ring out time, so that I can call back the number trying to reach me :(

Answer : Dear Ekta,
There seems to be an inherent manufacturing defect.You must insist for a change of moblie set. But to achieve it, make sure that you write all your correspondences to the dealer and the manufacturer via registered post, speed post and emails only. I hope they will sort out your problems. And in case they do not then you can file a complaint in the district forum.
