Question : I purchased micromax x600 on 20.10.2010.after few month the red button of mobile stop working.I hand over the mobile to micro care,service centre,doltanganj on 14.04.2011 but till now service centre did not take any response and after 45 day, neither my mobile has not repaired now provide me other moible. i am suffering from mental harrasment by service centre and micromax company from last 2-3 months. micromax x600gravity dual sim, IMEA-910528501934011/4029

Answer : Dear Consumer,
We are in receipt of numerous complaints regarding the same company products. The company in no circumstances can hold you waiting like this for giving back your product duly repaired. It has to be returned back with in a reasonable time. You can wait for another one week. Thereafter, I would suggest you that at this stage you can write them a registered letter containing all problems in detail in shape of a legal demand notice. You can hold responsible both the company and the service centre for misappropriating your property. You can warn them of filing police complaint for criminally misappropriating your property/ product. In case, they do not come up with a solution then you may go ahead with filing consumer complaints in the district forum. I hope some sense will prevail over them at the stage of notice itself and they will sort out things. Keep all the communication handy for all the future actions.
