Data cable of my Videocon mobile is not available in the market

Question : Purchased a videeocon mobile V1655. The data/charging cable is damaged and new cable is not available either with the mobile shop where it is purchased or with the lacal service center. Inspite of repeated reminders to the toll free no and to the service center(Accel enterprises,Visakhapatnam) no action has been taken for the last two months,because of which the mobile phone is not operational.A phone can not be used for want of charging cable is unacceptable.Pls take necessary action and provide me with the charging cable on payment basis,failing which I have no other option but to approach the consumer court.The EMI no of the mobile is 910041250460261. An early action in this regard is highly appreciable.

Answer : Dear Consumer,
It is the duty of the company to provide all necessary accessories for a reasonable period. If they do not it would amount to deficiency in service for which you can seek compensation through the consumer court. Send a legal notice containing all the relevant details and problems to the company and to the dealer from where you purchased the product. I hope they would be sensible enough to respond. Keep a record of the all the communications exchanged.
