Question : I have purchased Haier CDMA mob.flip top model in the year 2007. Mob.worked only one year( in the warranty peroid). Later my mob.got problem. Display completely blank and not possible to make and recive calls. I have contacted Tata and haier dealers but they said spare parts can not be available model is outdated. TATA indicom supplying this type of mobiles to customers .Please look into this.

Answer : It is the duty of the companies involved to provide spare parts. You can send them a legal notice calling upon them to resolve your problems failing which you should file a consumer complaint.
