G-Fone is a company not worth trusting. They get handsets from China and sell it as an Indian brand. Never trust them. The service centre doesn't return the phone when you place it for repairs. Someone on other forums rightly said, nobody answers the phone nos. they have given! And when they do, they behave wierd. They say its not yet done but they will make sure they return the phone to the service centre in next 2 days. Utter chaos at their end. No one knows who is doing what and what to tell customers. Plus they sell the charger at Rs.450... Charger rates have come down to Rs.50 and they think they have the best service and products to charge such a premium! The phone lacks a lot of features. Its called a business phone only by its looks. If you are in any Java app, you cant access the phone menu. Eg. if you are on Internet you cant switch between phone and internet, so which means you cannot keep Nimbuzz or Snaptu on for 24 hours. Its like one has to choose between phone and Social Networking! Crazy!!! The service centre TAIPAN is another disaster. No manners to talk. They keep you waiting for ages. Never give any service report of whats wrong with the phone. My phone is lying in the service centre for more than 45 days now. They just keep buying time so that one fine day, the customer gets fed up and takes his phone back in as-is-where-is condition or just forgets about the phone
