Question : res sir
i purchased a intex 2040 e model on 8th of july and after one month there was a fault in my display that it is showing some lines inside it there is no scratch on mobile and its body the customer service agent is not ready to take this n gurantee so i have sent my phone to company out of warranty after a consideration on mr mittal haryana branch head so i want that please pay attention to my problem and consider it under warranty other wise i will be forced to go to consumer forum

Answer : Dear Customer,
You have not mentioned many facts in your complaint, however, it seems that yours is a case of faulty display LCD screen which a company might be denying on the pretext of not being covered by the warranty. In the first instance, wait for response of the company. If, there is nothing positive turns out then you can file a consumer complaint against them for which you can always seek out guidance.

sir after three mounth ego ihave purachased intex mobile in4470 sr.no-910051900732332 m. no.-910051900630338 on date 9/06/2010 after some days it has createda new problem the problem is related to display when i swith off the mobile its light is not off it on 24 houer iam go to service center on reguler one month but they not caring so please solev my problem
