Magicon service centre is not reparing phone within a resonable time

Question : I have puchsed MAGICON mobile handset model –Z24 from M/s Monalisa General store, Bidhan Nagar,Durgapur on 10.10.2010.After a few days of use, the microphone and battery of the mobile started giving trouble. I contacted the shopkeeper but he simply gave the address of the service centre of MAGICON which is M/s Gupta Mobile Centre Durgapur. I handed over my mobile to them on 12.11.2010 but till date the mobile hasnot been repaired. I have made several follow up with them but each time a new date is given by the service centre. Please arrange to instruct the concerned to return the repaired mobile soon. I am facing great problem without my mobile set.

Answer : Dear Consumer,
The company in no circumstances can hold you waiting like this for giving back your product duly repaired. It has to be returned back with in a reasonable time. You can wait for another one week. They can not give reasons which suits to their whims and fancies. Thereafter, I would suggest you that at this stage you can write them a registered letter containing all problems in detail. In case, they do not come up with a solution then you may go ahead with filing a complaint in the district forum. I hope some sense will prevail over them at the stage of notice itself and they will sort out things.

we have a magicon mobile modal no-MG707 is not working at this time when i insert the sim card that show sim card registration failed.so please help me how this problem can be remove & tell me the nearest service center in mumbai. i am residing at nallasopara mumbai.
