Question : I gave my mobile for Free service in Maxx Mobile Service Centre, that time they told collect mobile after a week, but they gave my mobile after 2 month, every one week i asked my mobile, they told that after 2 days, we will give..., finally i got my mobile
but there is no screws in my mobilem,
and i mentioned charging problem in complaint, but there is no pin for charging in my mobile.. i am only swapping my battery to other mobile then only i get charged,
Now i am suggest my friends that "DON'T BUY MAXX MOBILES"

Answer : Dear Consumer,
Thanks for sharing your inputs and suggestions regarding the product and service which would be beneficial and guiding for the prospective customers. Do not feel cheated as you can very well take legal action by complaining in the district consumer forum. This is something very strange. This is nothing but fraud played upon consumer. They have to give back product duly repaired in the same condition in which it was given to the service condition. The company in no circumstances can take something and deliver something else. You must make a consumer complaint against the company in the district forum. At this stage, send them a legal demand notice and ask for an explanation for incomplete product. You can tell them that you will be filing a police complaint as well. But you must explain your complaint carefully. I hope some sense will prevail over them and they will sort out your problems. You should send the letter or notice vide registered mode and keep record of all communications for the future reference.
